Cultural Visits

Visiting Brussels

During our Erasmus stay in Brussels, we explored many of the city’s most iconic landmarks and vibrant neighborhoods. We started at the Grand Place, a UNESCO World Heritage site famous for its stunning Gothic and Baroque architecture, including the Town Hall and the King's House. Nearby, we visited the charming Manneken Pis statue, a beloved symbol of the city’s playful spirit. We also admired the unique structure of the Atomium, built for the 1958 World Expo, where we enjoyed panoramic views of Brussels from its futuristic spheres. Our walks took us through Mont des Arts, the Royal Gallery of Saint Hubert, and the lively Sablon district, known for its antique shops and markets.
